Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this timeframe has passed, your order will likely have entered the processing phase, and we may no longer be able to accommodate your request. Il you do cancel your order withim 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still unhappy and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days, within the 30-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Please note that damage to the packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product itself in good condition does not qualify as a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@ollvos.com, including clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience shipping issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. If the address is incorrect and you do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
