Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details:
Ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete when placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delayed processing or cancellation. If we detect any address issues, our customer support team will contact you by email within 3 business days for verification. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once we hand over the package to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at contact@ollvos.com, and we’ll assist you to the best of our ability
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll support you by following up with the carrier to get the latest updates. Please note that Ollvos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these do not fall under our refund policy. In certain cases, a replacement may be offered.
If the carrier cannot locate your package, we advise filing a police report.
